Refund and Return Policy
We at Lithos Pickleball want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn. To begin a return, please contact us at lithospickleball@gmail.com.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to items that are not returned in their original condition. This fee covers the inspection, repackaging, and any loss in value during shipping or return.
Lithos Pickleball reserves the right to determine if a returned item does not meet resale standards.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
Warranty
Lithos Pickleball products come with a 90-day warranty, starting from the original purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, and we will provide a replacement paddle at no cost for eligible claims.
The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, regular wear, neglect, misuse, accidents, lost or stolen items, faded graphics, worn grip tape, or other normal wear and tear. To qualify, you must be the original purchaser.
Lithos Pickleball reserves the right to inspect and determine the validity of all warranty claims based on our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
